The Rev. Nancy R. Meyer - Deacon

Nancy R. Meyer has attended St. Peter’s since September 2001 and was ordained a deacon in January 2008.  A graduate of Presbyterian-St. Luke’s School of Nursing, University of Washington and Wayne State University, Nancy is an Advanced Practice Nurse in Geriatrics and works as a geriatric nurse practitioner providing medical and palliative care to homebound persons.  Nancy serves on three boards: the Board of Directors of Montgomery Place, The Church Home and Hyde Park Home Care Services.  Involved in many ministries, she is passionate about mission and outreach.  The loves of her life are her cats, Luke and Melchizedek.  She likes classical music, reading and knitting.  She recently purchased a new red bike and is challenging the popular belief that once you learn to ride you can do it throughout your life.
